WHY WE PUBLISHED IT
MMOs don't do permadeath because players quit; roguelikes don't do persistent worlds because runs reset. Samsara's answer is the dynasty: death costs you the character but powers the bloodline, every life inheriting echo skills from the ancestors before it. That single loop makes an MMO where danger is real and loss is productive — the kind of structural swing we exist to back.
We're publishing it in the open: the pre-alpha is free in the browser, systems ship weekly, and the world is already alive — NPC dynasties rise and fall, shrines bloom where heroes die, and world bosses escalate whether or not anyone is brave enough to answer.
